    Post Dual-booting two OS's

Hey guys. I'm entirely new to dual-booting two different operating systems so I was hoping I could get some pointers. The two I'm interested in are Windows 98 and a Windows XP beta. I already have an open partition with nothing but a few games on it. So how would I go about doing this? Do I need a boot manager?

You're in luck...XP is even easier to dual boot w/9x than 2000...all you have to do is choose NOT to upgrade...choose to install a new copy in a directory you select...it will even say dual boot as part of the description of the option...

All you have to do is point the XP installation to the partition...it "shouldn't" erase anything on it...the boot manager you need is built into XP (same as the one in 2000) and can be managed from inside xp under the startup and recovery tab inside the advanced tab of system properties...
When all else fails, read the instructions.

Wow, thanks, that is easy. I'll give it a whirl soon.
