    unlocked cpu core

I have an AsRock n68-s UCC mother board which I used to unlock and Sempron Processor into a Athlon II x2 Regor Processor. My question is...

If I take that processor out of that motherboard and put it into a new one, will the processor still be unlocked? Or will it revert back to the original Sempron?

    Thanks.

The unlocking is done in the motherboard's BIOS. So whichever motherboard you use the CPU with must have the unlocking feature to be able to unlock the CPU again.
