HELP!!!!!!!!!!!, I just accidently deleted some very important files.

I just accidently deleted some very important files. Is there any way I can get them back. I did not know I had deleted them until after I had emptied the recycle bin. Ive heard that there is a way to get the data back. Can someone please help me.

Best advice: don't turn the PC back on, contact a qualified PC shop or data recovery service for advice.
If you want to do it yourself, get something like Powerquest's Lost and Found using a different PC.
