Search POP-UP

Every time I open a new page in IE or mozzilla a pop up advertize shows up. If I close the adv. the page I ask for is there. Also in Google when trying to open a site after a search, it does the same. Anything I try to download it tells me ''Server unavailable'' but was able to make update to Avast home with no problem???? Scan the HD on start up with nothing found. I know has to be a spam but I cannot download anything to fix it.
Using vista and IE8, and latest of mozzilla.
Here is a hijack file I could manage to download.

The file is in french but should be readable.
