Angry network bogged down

our network suddenly bogged down due to an encountered IP conflict on the main server. our main server IP add is 172.16.xx.xx. When i restarted one PC it aquires the ip address from DHCP server starts with 192.168.0.201 and the subnet changes to 255.255.255.255...we have 3 different locations (engineering, IT,and english department) and have defined each IP range for them to lease...How could this happen?can this be done by somebody else in the company?....any help or idea pls....tnx a lot!

welcome to PC Guide.
Please shut down all the system and try again to get the ip address from the server. It will work. Or you have increase the IP range allocation in the server to more.
