scsi and raid controllers

the following keeps popping up everytime I start the comp
Found new hardware wizard
My comp is a Dell diemension 8250,xp home,

I checked device manager and this is what shows:
scsi /raid controllers
xACG$TMVQ ide controller
I have inst and uninst this item without any change

can anyone help me please
