Power Up ATX case wiring

Building a new box w/ the TC3J-4050. Got the front panel connected to the ASUS Mobo, but there's a couple of two wire power connectors that I'm not sure what to do w/. Is there a wiring diagram available somewhere?

MoBo wiring

The motherboard connections are already are already done, I believe the power couplings are for the case lights. Unfortunately no documentation came w/ the case, & I'll have to piggy back them when I add more drives.
