What operating system?

What video Card?

Some more system information would be helpful here. You will probably have to reinstall your video card drivers, so the info about the card is needed so you can find the correct ones....

Do you have any manuals or installation disk that came with the machine?

I think you have the SiS6502 video, drivers can be found here, scroll down the page it is under ECS, but wait on it until we find a little more info on your machine...

without the complete system info you will be stuck in 16 colors because you won't be able to find the proper video drivers, and if the wrong drivers are loaded it may result in having to do a complete re-install of Windows...

The link I list above is for the the SiS6502 which according to the info I found should be the video for your model, but without the complete info there is no way to know for sure....you can try to download and install those drivers, but be warned they may not install or they may corrupt the Windows install you currently have to the point you will need to reinstall it.

Operating system is the version of Windows you are using...you probably didn't find any info because the video card is not loaded.

http://www.sis.com/support/driver/utility.htm

Grab the SiS chipset id utility first and run it...it will clear up any questions about what you have. Then go back and grab the drivers.
