3dfx.v2ps.dll
Can any one tell me what 3dfx.v2ps.dll,..update regsetting means and what do i do to put it right. No 3d games will run and the above message is displayed. I am using win 98 and Guillimot 3d2 voodoo 2 card, reinstalled latest driver and dx8.

First, welcome to the forum, KDW. I went to Google , and got no results on that file. Checked out a couple of dll file links I have..no results either. So, are you sure it's "3dfx.v2ps.dll"? And I am also trying to remember if I have seen two periods in a file name before. Hang in, someone who knows more than me will be checking in.

You need to update the Video driver settings.

Also If you do not have all the old video drivers for the 3dfx based video card removed
