Monitor - AGAIN!!!!!!
 Ok I just replaced the board and still there is no video. I dosconnected the drives and all and still no boot. Could there be a problem linked to the Way LED's are hooked to the board? How about Jumper settings I went to www.tyan.com (The motherboard manufacturer) and looked over everything. The jumpers seem to be set correctly. Have you tried just the board, CPU, video card and RAM on a piece of cardboard?

I've replaced the board, the memory, and the video card. The fans come on. And I'm using a 300W ATX Power Supply.

The fans come on. Mboard is getting power. That only leaves the CPU big fellow. Luck. ------------------ ....How long is a minute... depends on which side of the Bathroom door you're on. ...... ..........
