Have tried this several times and in different days. The download is always completed but the size is not complete. Tried different PC and location. Same.

The Problem isn’t the web site.
Its with your system or Your ISP

I have seen this before. ( AOL) caused a file to be cut short during the Download.
In the case I worked with. I downloaded the file using another system and copied it to a CD-r then moved it to his system.

We were not able to find a reason for it.
I installed a FTP program for him to use in the future .
Avoiding the default IE download engine.

This and Most FTP programs allows the user to Continue incomplete downloads

I just downloaded the file from the site above.
It shows on the screen menu as 4.87 file size
It shows as 4.76 in IE download window
it shows as 4.99 on my hard drive under fat32

The file size change on the displays is probably caused by the file system it is stored on.
I also ran the program and it does execute correctly
