I have an HP DVD player from Dell. My DVD player is approximately 3 to 4 years old. 1 year ago my computer crashed. I took it for repair. When it was returned fixed the DVD drive was not working. When the DVD drive got fixed, no sound comes out when a DVD disk is put into the drive to be played. You can view what is on a disk, but you can't hear what is playing. How do I fix this problem so I can see as well as hear what is playing on the DVD drive?

Hello again shortypooh,
It doesn't help to double post a topic...in fact, it detracts you from getting the attention your problem/question rightly deserves. Here's the LINK to your question in the other thread. Let's use that one since I already answered there. ------------------ May all your dealings in life be win/win! Multiple Post, please see the others for answers...no need to post multiple time in several different topic areas. It tends to get a little confusing when people are trying to answer.
