Question card socket

I have a panasonic cf-25 that I removed all the software from and loaded Win 95. My laptop recognizes the modem but the card socket does not. I have download the drivers for the laptop but it stills says that "the card and socket services is missing". When I pull out the modem card my laptop is not seeing this. How do I go about getting this software needed?? I have downloaded all from the Panasonic site but there is nothing about card and socket services.

Thanks

For my Dell laptops I use Softex drivers to detect my Lan/Modem card.

Hope this helps
