Talking IBM 700 Keyboard without mouse

Hi, I'm new to this msg. board.
I just bought a used IBM 700 notebook without a manual. I'm used to a mouse, but this has something close to the spacebar, (two bars and one big bar on the bottom).
I'm not sure how to operate it. Does it control the pointer.
Through trial and error I could open Icons and some documents, but I can't figure out how to close items. (I Ctrl.Alt.delete.)
If anyone can explain, I'd appreciate it,

I've searched IBM.com, but I can't find a user's manual for your machine, just "Hardware Repair Manual Vol.2"; no help there.

I see reference to "TrackPoint II", do you by chance have a little joystick in the middle of the keyboard?

Yes, I figured it out with the help from some forum participants. Thanks.
My next problem is figuring out how to pull out the Cd-rom drive and putting in the floppy disk drive, cheers,
