What we really need to know is what it says when you click the details button. Generally it will say (something) caused an invalid page fault in module (somethingelse) followed by a crap load of numbers. IF you could copy that down and post it, that would give us a better idea of what it is causing the problem.

This is Terrible problem.....that u have to take off the power plug to Reboot....well mostly the program is conflicting to each other and become unstable. so my suggestion isthat, you reinstall the Operation System and check wheter the problem still persist....or you go to

1. Start > Program > Accessories > System Information

or

2. Defrag your hard disk to find error and choose automatically fixed error.

3. If the problem still persist.... u have to send the PC for Repair....

regards..

No!! DO NOT reinstall the operating system except as a last resort!!

You can search the Microsoft Knowledge Database and might find some good info, I've tried searching for illegal operation errors befor, but you need to have the specific error mesage to get decent results. Be prepared to spend some time at it...

Go to Start\Settings\Control Panel and double click Add/Remove Programs. Scroll down to Microsoft Internet Explorer and Internet Tools, and highlight it, and click the Add/Remove button. Check the box to run the Internet Explorer Repair tool.

Uninstalling Eudora might be necessary. I used Eudora several years ago and had no trouble with it at all, but the newer versions might have bugs, I'm not sure. Reinstalling it again might work, no way to tell but to try it. Also check the Eudora site they might have some info listed in their FAQ, and a patch might be available if it's a common problem.

I repeat, reinstall Windows as a last resort ONLY!

Troublemaker please do not advise people to reinstall unless it's absolutely a LAST RESORT. In most cases we can figure out how to fix it, and reinstalling Windows can be a bigger problem than the original one in some cases.

If you had everything...Where would you put it?
