When emails are displayed on the screen, the information to the right of the "Date", "From", "Re", etc headings does not print out when using Netscape Navigator's Composer. When using the AT&T World Net's own email, the headings are displayed and the sender information does print out. Attatchments that have been downloaded to my zip will open displaying all, but when printed out, only bold type prints, while most of the body text does not. All of the installed word processing programs work without any printing problems. All gremlins appear to be in email applications.
I have: downloaded and installed new printer drivers reinstalled new and old versions of Netscape reinstalled AT&T's ISP software ran all the windows "clean-up" tools This problem seems to have appeared almost instantly - not associated with any new hardware, software, or ? It appears that after choosing:
Edit Preferences Font in Netscape and trying other fonts, that it solved this 2 month ongoing problem. I can only surmise that the default font was somehow corrupted and stopped working. Feel'n pretty good since most pro's have been estimating a minimum two hours @ $55 - $75 hour. |
