WORD 2000 - Illegal Operation Error

WORD 2000 quits on me and provides me the illegal operation message noted below. Most often (but not always), online with IE. Curious to learn if it's my system setup (conflicts) or a known problem. Which series of numbers to I use and where do I go to get more information?

WINWORD caused an exception e06d7363H in module WKWDADDN.DLL at 0167:62fd9b2f.

Thanks for the resource. Playing detective with the possible solutions. May be either a problem with global template, Normal or when I paste items from a web page into WORD.
