Question content advisor

whenever i launch ie5, help from the start menu, yahoo mesenger or adaptec easy cd creator 4 the message "Please check your content advisor for missing information. Click the tools menu and then click Internet Options. On the Content tab, check the Content Advisor settings." the problem is that i when i go into it and disable it, it won't stay at those settings. is there anyway to disable the password so that i won't have to reset it. please help.
