We will need a lot more info if you want help with that question. There are any number of reasons that your surfing may be slow, from a slow modem to software issues. There are also a number of programs that can help to speed it up.
Post back with details about your connection to the web, your browser, your computer, and if you are talking about a recent slow down or if this has always been an issue. Budfred

The first thing to try (all versions of Windows?IE and most other browsers) is to empty the cached files for the browser...in IE you do this by going to Tools => Internet Options => Temporary Internet Files => Delete.
