Hyperterminal communication software
I would be interested to know how to enter the Hyperterm communication software on my PC; from start -> programs -> accessories -> communications that program is not available; may be because it is an old version of Windows 98 or because it is not original but a copied version of the o.s.? In which program/environment do I type the AT commands to the modem? May be I should have the Trumpet communication software instead or other similar software. Thanks. LB

Lucca. It seems as if hyperterminal is not istalled. To install it, go to control panel>add/remove programs>windows setup, and tick the relevant box.
If the CAB files are on your hard drive, it should install itsels, otherwise the program will ask for the windows CD. Close control panel, reboot and hyperterminal will then work However, getting it to do what you want is another thing! David
