dial up screen

my dial up screen has suddenly started to appear upon booting.

I have checked running applications and find that Rnaapp is always running. I have found this in registry at

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion|Explorer\Doc Find Spec MRU

But cannot find a way to stop it from starting.

I have recently d/l the bt s/w again as I was having probs with my e-mails but later found the prob in settings which I seem to have cured. also I have eliminated pgen s/w as the connection no longer works, but somehow it got transferred to startup, which I have now eliminated.

the dial up box (when I go to connect) is now different to how it used to look, and it is the old one that comes up on boot.

Rnaapp doesn't start by itself but is normally called by another program. Did you check that you have no programs setup to connect to the internet at startup.

Also check your registry "run" keys for startup programs.

Don't forget to run your anti-virus program to be safe.

Good Luck
