Hard Drive On An IBM Thinkpad T20

Okay,

I believe the hard drive in my IBM Thinkpad T20 is starting to puke on me.
Without tearing the whole thing apart, can anyone tell me how to get at it?

Right now, if I power it up in the morning, sometimes it begins its boot sequence then fizzles out and remains dormant. Other times it will boot then about 10 minutes into working, she dies. Anybody else run into this with ideas? So far I'm going on my hard drive theory.

Thanks

I would download and run the hard drive diagnostics from IBM to see what it says. If it says it is dying, then it is probably dying and it may be covered by warranty....
