Notebook keep restarting

Hello,

I ran spybot and removed all the un-wanted objects and then I restarted my notebook.It keeps re-starting all the time.it works fine until it displays the users registered and then it re-starts.Any ideas??

What brand/model of notebook?
Which version of windows? Have you tried entering safe mode?

Make:Fujitsu-Siemens Amilo series
OS: Windows XP home edition.
Yes, I'm able to enter in the safe mode.I also tried to delete the profile but it aint working, it says its in the admin mode.
