Mid-range gaming PCs offer excellent performance and value for money, and if you were looking to score one for less, the MSI Aegis ZS2 is on sale on Amazon with a 12% price cut. This knocked it down to $2,199, but to add more value, it comes with a mouse, keyboard, and a Lexar SL660 512GB portable SSD.
Besides that, it has a Ryzen 7 9700X and the RTX 5070, so everything combined, this prebuilt PC brings a lot to the table, and you should have a streamlined gaming and working experience with it.

Why this gaming PC deal stood out for us
To begin with, this gaming PC offers exceptional value for money, as the hardware it has under the hood should deliver a smooth experience. In our Ryzen 7 9700X review, this processor managed 325 and 240 FSP in Cyberpunk 2077 and Days Gone at 1080p low settings, respectively. It also churned out excellent output in the Cinebench R23 multi-core test with 20,174 points and showcased good performance across the board; for example, we got 128 SPM in the Blender Monster test.
We’ve also reviewed the ASUS TUF RTX 5070 OC, and this graphics card delivered 149, 116, and 64 FPS at 1080p, 1440p, and 4K in Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered. So, it can handle 4K gaming depending on the title, but performance isn’t consistent; we got 48 FPS in Cyberpunk 2077. That being said, with DLSS 4 and MFG, we were able to handle this title running with ray tracing overdrive at 120 FPS.
Just looking at the performance of the CPU and GPU, we can see that this gaming PC should be able to handle pretty much everything, but the secondary components are also great. WiFi 7 should ensure that you don’t run into any issues while working or gaming via a wireless connection, and the 64GB DDR5 RAM should deliver excellent efficiency across the board.
Is this a good deal?
Considering what this deal is offering, we think it is outstanding, and anyone looking for a gaming PC in this price range should seriously consider it. A gaming keyboard and mouse are part of the package, meaning you won’t have to spend more on acquiring them, and if you travel occasionally and want to carry project files or anything else with you, the 512GB portable SSD should come in handy.
There is also a 360mm AIO cooler that should allow you to overclock the 9700X to its limit without worrying about thermal throttling, and while it has a 2TB SSD, you can easily increase it up to 8TB, covering the only “downside” this PC could’ve had.
