We’ve spotted a limited-time Amazon deal that slams $200 off one of Skytech’s top prebuilt gaming PCs, and we think it’s well worth checking out. This RTX 5070 Skyrech King 95 gaming PC is reduced from $1,999.99 to $1,799.99, right now, making it an excellent value for money. Not only does it pack a great mid-range 50-series graphics card, but it also has a powerful Ryzen 7 9700X CPU and 32GB of high-speed DDR5 RAM. On top of that, the King 95 lineup is all about maximizing performance, so you’ve got impressive cooling, loads of airflow, and stunning design thanks to its panoramic view. For well under $2000, we think it’s a great deal.

Skytech Gaming King 95 Desktop PC – NVIDIA RTX 5070 12GB

Ryzen 7 9700X 3.8 GHz (5.5GHz), 1TB Gen4 NVMe SSD, 32GB DDR5 RAM 6000 RGB, 850W Gold PSU, 360mm ARGB AIO, Wi-Fi, Win 11

What we like about this Skytech Gaming King PC

Brilliant mid-range graphics card

The RTX 5070 12GB is one of the best graphics cards if you’re looking for something under $600 that delivers when it comes to 1440p. It has a decent core count of 6144, a pretty large 192-bit bus, and base and boost clocks of 2325 MHz and 2512MHz. What you’re also getting is 12GB of GDDR7 VRAM, which is more than your standard 8GB RTX 5060 option. Thanks to Nvidia’s new Blackwell Architecture, this VRAM is also higher performance than GDDR6, boasting higher bandwidth and memory speeds.

One of the best bang-for-your-buck gaming CPUs

While the Ryzen X3D lineups are a frequent pairing with 50-series graphics cards, we still see the outstanding Ryzen 7 9700X popping up in high-end gaming PCs. This CPU is a great middle ground between your standard Ryzen CPU and X3D models. Like the Ryze 7 9800X3D, you’ve got 8 cores, 16 threads, and an even higher 5.5GHz boost clock speed. It features a 32MB L3 cache, which is fairly standard with more ‘X’ Ryzen CPUs, and while it’s not as massive as the X3D’s 96MB, it’s still large enough to store loads of data for quick access and improve overall gaming performance.

Good storage and very good RAM

This build has a standard 1Tb NVMe SSD, which is Gen4. We’ve quacked on about these for a while, so we’ll keep it short this time. This size can hold around 8 large AAA games, realistically, if you want to have space for your other files. We would recommend upgrading to a 2TB if you’re planning on using the gaming PC for video editing and content creation, though. The RAM is very impressive, coming in at 32GB, DDR5, and featuring 6000MHz memory speeds. That’s going to be great for gaming, but also brilliant if you’re running a load of applications at the same time.

Panoramic design

We’re big fans of the Skytech King 95 lineup. They’re on the bigger side, which is great for airflow and cooling, but they also feature an impressive panoramic design, which gives you a full, unobstructed view of the PC’s inner workings, much of which features aRGB lighting.

How will this PC perform?

You can read our full RTX 5070 review to see all the benchmarks from our testing, but to give you a rough idea, this card can easily hit over 100fps, even with demanding games, at 1440p. When you start to introduce ray tracing, this drops more to double digits in demanding titles like Cyberpunk 2077, where it got 108fps at 1440p and 45fps with ray tracing; however, in less demanding titles, like Doom Eternal, it was able to remain very high. In fact, the RTX 5070 got 316fps at 1440p and 212fps with ray tracing with Doom. DLSS and MFG help push performance higher, which we’d recommend using with certain titles; however, in terms of raw power, this gaming PC should deliver very high fps at 1440p in most games with few issues.

Who’s this deal for?

For the price, this is the kind of deal that’s going to be great for anyone who wants something excellent for 1440p gaming at ultra settings and high fps, and ray tracing, and who also wants something that’s designed to both look and perform very well when it comes to airflow and cooling. It’s a fair bit cheaper than most RTX 5070 Ti models; however, if you’re after decent 4K performance, you may want to explore these, as they can hover around $2000 in most cases. Their 16GB of VRAM will certianly be beneficial.
