Table of Contents
Black Friday may be on the horizon, but we’re already finding some bangers that you may want to jump on early. For instance, this Skytech Gaming Rampage PC is down 20% in an Amazon limited-time deal and is reduced from $2,499.99 to $1,999.99, which also happens to be its lowest price ever. This gaming PC brings a lot to the table, and packs the impressive RTX 5070 Ti 16GB, a great card for 1440p and 4K gaming, plus one of the top AMD Ryzen X3D CPUs, the 7 7800X3D. For under $2000, we think it’s a great deal and well worth going for if you don’t fancy waiting for the sales to kick off.
Skytech Gaming Rampage Desktop PC – NVIDIA RTX 5070 Ti 16GB
What we like about this Skytech Gaming Rampage PC
Excellent AMD Ryzen CPU
This build has one of our favorite CPUs for gaming, especially if you’re looking for something with a great price-to-performance ratio. The Ryzen 7 7800X3D, despite being a couple of years old, is still one of the top processors you can get, and is ideal for those looking for something to improve gaming performance. It has 8 cores, 16 threads, a high boost clock speed of 5GHz, and a huge 96MB L3 cache, which is designed to hold more data and allow for much quicker access by the CPU, too.
A great graphics card for 1440p and 4K
The RTX 5070 Ti is one of the best graphics cards in the 50-series, if you’re looking for something not too expensive, but powerful enough to handle 1440p at ultra settings with ray tracing, and even some 4K. It’s built on Nvidia’s new Blackwell architecture, which makes it the more appealing choice compared to last gen’s offering. That’s because you’re getting faster and higher bandwidth GDDR7 VRAM and access to new AI-powered features, like DLSS 4 and MFG. Its MSRP is $749, which is about $200 more than the RTX 5070 12GB, but we think the extra spend is well worth it, as this dramatically outperforms it due to its higher VRAM.
Decent storage and a good amount of RAM
You’ve got a 1TB SSD here, which is good if you’re playing a few games on rotation, and can always be upgraded when you need. There’s 32GB of DDR5 RAM in this build, which is good for multitasking, running loads of applications, and any type of gaming that is heavily modded or has huge asset libraries, such as open-world titles or simulators, for instance.
How will this gaming PC perform?
The RTX 5070 Ti can easily hit over 100fps at 1440p, ultra settings in most games. With ray tracing, you’ll generally have to knock the setting down to ‘high’ to get these types of framerates, but if you want to keep it on ultra, DLSS and MFG can assist. When it comes to 4K, it generally hits around 60fps at ultra settings with no ray tracing enabled, and you’ll need to tweak a few settings and use DLSS to keep it there if you’re adding ray tracing to the mix.

Who’s this deal for?
At its current price, this is a pretty good deal for anyone who’s looking for something for 1440p and 4K gaming, however, we’d say this build would be best paired with a quality QD-OLED 1440p monitor to get the most out of it, as while 4K performance is good, for us, an RTX 5080 build would be preferable, and only around $400 more in some cases. That being said, this is still a fantastic PC, and from Skytech Gaming, which is are big name in the industry, and well-known for its build quality, cooling, and great-looking PC builds.
