GMKtec Mini PC Gaming – M7 AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 6850H
What we like about this GMKtec Mini PC Gaming PC
Ryzen 7 Pro 6850H with AMD Radeon 680M graphics
So this mini-PC features the impressive Ryzen 7 Pro 6850H, which boasts 8 cores, 16 threads, a 4.7GHz boost clock speed, and 16MB L3 cache. On paper, it’s the kind of specs that would allow this CPU to handle relatively demanding tasks, such as gaming or anything else CPU-intensive, but also has a big enough core and thread count to be decent at multitasking and productivity. In terms of graphics, you’ve got Radeon 680M, which is a few generations old, but is said to be close to an Nvidia GTX 1050Ti when it comes to performance. It should be able to handle AAA gaming, especially with FSR support, and should also be powerful enough for some moderate to heavy computing tasks.
Advanced cooling
This mini-PC features a Hyper Ice Chamber 2.0 design, which uses both top and bottom cooling fans to maximize airflow. It also has a copper base that keeps the fan cooler, and noise levels are also at a low 35dB in quiet mode.
RAM and storage
You’ve got 32 GB of DDR5 RAM in this mini-PC, which is more than enough to keep everything running responsively, even with multiple windows, tabs, or RAM-intensive applications, like those from Adobe Creative Suite, for example. You’ve also got a decent-sized, but slightly smaller, 512GB SSD, which can be expanded up to 4TB if needed. The same goes for the RAM, which can also be increased to 128GB.
Impressive connectivity
This mini-PC has WIFI 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity, plus dual USB4 Type-C ports, HDMI 2.1, and DisplayPort 2.0. This is great for anything high resolution with high framerates, and also excellent if you want a multi-monitor setup. It also features an Oculink Port, which enables higher bandwidth capabilities, lower lag, and better framerates.

Is it a good time to buy?
Based on the graph above, which has yet to register the discount, it looks like it is a good time to buy, but it has been lower in the past, but only by around $20. That may make all the difference if you’re sticking to a budget, but we’d say it’s still a solid saving even if it’s not its all-time lowest price. We’re spotting a fair few mini-PCs on sale already, so be sure to check out our other picks below to see what else is out there.
