AMD’s 7000 CPU series has ongoing value, and the Ryzen 9 7900X hasn’t had a fair shake if you ask me. The second most powerful (non-X3D) 7000 series CPU, its recent price drops have somewhat stuck around, and that’s great news for deal seekers.

Trending cheaper for over a year, it’s currently $341 on Amazon. To put that in perspective, the 9900X, its successor, is $60 more at $402, and the significantly less powerful 7700X and 9700X CPUs sit around the $320 mark – yes, the 7900X is just $20 more.
