Cyber Monday has passed but this 13700KF, RTX 4060 gaming PC with 5TB storage is still on sale on Amazon
Table of Contents
The holiday season presents plenty of opportunities to grab new hardware for less, and even if you missed your chance during Black Friday and Cyber Monday, you still have a chance. We came across the CLX Set gaming PC on Amazon with a very decent 16% discount that knocked its value down from $1,899.99 to $1,599.99.
It boasts the Intel Core i7-13700KF and the RTX 4060, so for all intents and purposes, it is a previous-gen gaming PC, but it should still be plenty for 1080p and 1440p gaming. It also comes with 5TB of storage, so that is something great, and we think you should give it a serious look.
CLX Set Gaming Desktop (13700KF, 4060)
- Good value for money
- 5TB storage is a lot
- Decent productivity and gaming output
- You’ll be stuck with older hardware
- The RTX 4060 is only good for 1080p gaming
- Comes with a 4TB HDD
Why you should consider this gaming PC deal
For starters, this gaming PC offers a decent kick for the price, as the hardware is old but still should deliver a good gaming and working experience. The Intel Core i7-13700KF is a solid processor for work and gaming and has the same specifications as the i7-13700K that we’ve tested and reviewed.
On the other hand, we have the RTX 4060, which is the entry-level graphics card for the previous generation of NVIDIA GPUs, meaning it isn’t the most powerful, but for low-resolution gaming, it should be okay. We’ll showcase what this hardware is capable of in a bit to give you an idea of whether you should go for this gaming PC or not. We reviewed the ASUS ROG Strix RTX 4060 OC and the 13700K, and this is how they performed.
RTX 4060
- It managed 77 and 48 FPS in Cyberpunk 2077 at 1080p and 1440p
- Ran Far Cry 6 at 124 and 84 FPS in the same resolutions, respectively
13700K
- Churned out 292 FPS in Days Gone at 1080p low settings
- Delivered 325 FPS in Cyberpunk 2077
- Scored 30,108 points in the Cinebench R23 multi-core test
It also boasts 5TB of storage, which is split between a 1TB SSD and a 4TB HDD. While it isn’t ideal, 4TB is still a lot of space, and you can store various data without worrying about running out of storage. That being said, we wouldn’t recommend installing games or applications, as the load times will take a drastic hit due to the slow HDD speeds. This package also includes a gaming mouse and keyboard, meaning better value for money.

Who’s this deal for?
