CLX Set Gaming PC (7800X3D, RTX 5070)
- 7800X3D and 5070 are solid components
- Comes with 32GB RAM and a 2TB SSD
- Has great looks and is very stylish
- RTX 5070 can’t handle native 4K gaming
- 7800X3D lacks slightly in productivity
Why we selected this gaming PC deal
This gaming PC features hardware that offers a good blend of performance and value for money. The Ryzen 7 7800X3D is still a heavy-hitting CPU for gaming, and it can be paired with any of the modern GPUs without causing a bottleneck. That being said, it isn’t the best when it comes to multi-core performance, but that doesn’t mean it is a dud. Comparatively, its alternatives offer better output.
On the other hand, the RTX 5070 is perfect for 1440p gaming, and while 4K is challenging for it, it has DLSS 4 and MFG to pull the weight for it, and that is how you can run games at 4K with it. We’ve reviewed both of these components, and we’ll give a breakdown down the line.
The 32GB DDR5 RAM should provide great efficiency and multitasking. It also comes with a 360mm AIO cooler, which should ensure that even if you’re located in a hot region, the 7800X3D doesn’t overheat. The 2TB SSD offers plenty of space for games and applications and should deliver fast load, boot, and access times.

How this gaming PC should perform
Ryzen 7 7800X3D
- Managed 120.93 SPM in the Blender Monster render
- Delivered 17,581 points in the Cinebench R23 multi-core test
- Completed the Handbrake TOS 4K Fast 1080P encode test in 03:41
RTX 5070
We’ve reviewed the ASUS TUF RTX 5070 OC and the MSI Gaming Trio RTX 5070 OC. The output is similar, but we’ll showcase both their real-world performance benchmarks.
So, as you can see, it has no issues running games at 1080p and 1440p, but hits a hurdle when it comes to 4K. That being said, even with ray tracing enabled on Cyberpunk 2077 at 4K ultra settings, DLSS 4 and MFG helped churn out playable frames, which goes to show how far the upscaling technologies have progressed. That being said, these technologies don’t help when it comes to productivity, and that is decent for the RTX 5070.
