The 27-inch ROG Swift is a 1440p OLED monitor with excellent color coverage, a fast response rate, and an eye-catching design. It’s also an excellent all-around gaming monitor worth its substantial list price. Yet the recent best-ever deal has returned, making it available for $120 less than its $749 list price.

Why we love the ROG Swift PG27AQDM
It’s hard not to like the ROG Swift PG27AQDM. It’s a premium OLED 1440p monitor, but it offers all that should come with that tag, not least an impressive refresh rate and response time, HDR support, and true mixed-use capabilities. We gave it our ‘Excellent’ award and 4.5 stars in our review.
- Impressive refresh rate – A 240Hz refresh rate means this monitor can support super-quick 1440p gameplay, up to 240 frames per second, and it has a near-instantaneous 0.03 ms response time.
- Excellent OLED – We love the contrast ratio of this monitor, and it offers great HDR performance.

- Sync support – The PG27AQDM supports Nvidia G-Sync and AMD FreeSync.

Anyone looking for the best OLED monitors, but wanting a regular 27-inch-sized, option would do well to consider the ROG Swift PG27AQDM. It’s a gorgeous PC gaming display, with great color coverage and ideal for gamers and general use, as well as for enjoying HDR content.
Two potentially important caveats are that this monitor does not support HDMI 2.1, and it only supports the basic version of AMD FreeSync. However, beyond those points, we love this monitor, and it’s good to see it back at a more friendly price.
