Grab AMD’s best graphics card, the RX 9070 XT, at its lowest price, weeks before Black Friday
Table of Contents
The RX 9070 XT is one of the best graphics cards on the market because, despite being a mid-range offering, it can run games at native 4K, has excellent AI performance, and the FSR 4 helps it push past its limits. On top of that, it costs less than the competition, but with this Amazon deal, you can grab it for 8% less.
Originally priced at $779.99, the Sapphire Nitro+ RX 9070 XT OC has been knocked down to $719.99. However, this offer is only for Prime members, and if you’re not a Prime member, we recommend you keep your eyes on the Black Friday GPU deals, as plenty of options should see a price fall.

Why we liked the Sapphire Nitro+ RX 9070 XT OC
We are well aware of the capabilities of this graphics card, as we’ve reviewed the ASUS Prime RX 9070 XT OC. When it comes to specifications, there isn’t a lot of difference between these two; both have 16GB GDDR6 VRAM and are based on the RDNA 4 architecture. However, since both of them are overclocked, the boost clock speed of the Sapphire variant is 3,060 MHz, while the ASUS variant trails behind with 2,970.
This is only a difference of 90 MHz; it should still give it some advantage when it comes to gaming and productivity. When we tested this graphics card, it delivered 61 FPS at 4K, 129 FPS at 1440p, and 193 FPS at 1080p in Cyberpunk 2077. This was without using any AI upscaling, meaning this card can run games at native 4K.
When it came to the AI performance, it could match and outperform the RTX 5070 OC and stayed well ahead of it in the 3DMark suite. So, not only has AMD improved the gaming performance of its cards, but it has also made them viable for work and other tasks.
