To test the stability, temperature, PPT, and overall performance of this motherboard, we paired it with the RTX 4070 Ti Super and Intel Core i5-14600K, which has a maximum TDP of 181W. We ran a bunch of applications that put stress on the CPU and GPU, like Blender, Cinebench, and more.
In the Cinebench multi-core test, we got 24,388 points, but what was more impressive was that it was able to supply the complete 181W of power to the 14600K, meaning the CPU’s performance wasn’t being held back due to a lack of power. Despite that, the maximum VRM and motherboard temperatures were 47°C and 36°C, respectively.

So, it’s 20+1 VRM design worked perfectly, and the on-board cooling solution kept it running cool. Other than that, it offers PCIe 5.0 connectivity for the GPU and storage devices and can sport a maximum of 192GB DDR5 RAM running at a maximum frequency of 8,000 MHz (OC).

Who’s this deal for?
This deal is perfect for those who don’t want to upgrade to or invest in the LGA 1851 platform due to a lack of generational improvement. However, that does mean that with this motherboard, you’ll be stuck with Intel’s 12th, 13th, and 14th-generation processors, and given its price point, even with the discount, it is a hefty investment for a previous-gen mainboard.
However, if you’re someone who keeps their PC running and only upgrades when there are serious performance issues, this motherboard paired with the right processor should last you a good couple of years.
