Last chance to grab this RTX 5080, 9800X3D gaming PC at its lowest price ever in this Prime Day deal
Table of Contents
The Ryzen 7 9800X3D is the world’s best gaming processor, and it can be used with any graphics card, but pairing it with a powerful high-end option makes more sense. One candidate is the RTX 5080, but that is very highly priced, and we haven’t spotted any 5080 on sale this Prime Day.
So, the next best thing is to opt for a gaming PC that has both of these components, and if you’re interested, we’ve got the perfect option for you. This is the Ultra 50 V2 gaming PC from Andromeda Insights. This PC has a 12% discount right now, which has slashed its price by $350, dropping it to $2,549.99 from $2,899.99.
Ultra 50 V2
What is in this gaming PC?
We’ll go over the major components of the Ultra 50 VA gaming PC to see what you’re getting for your money.
Ryzen 7 9800X3D

To see what this processor can deliver, we paired it with the RTX 4070 Ti and ran a handful of games. In Counter-Strike 2, running at 1080p low settings, we got 604 FPS, and in Cyberpunk 2077, this CPU delivered 334 FPS. However, when we turned on PBO, the FPS in CS2 increased to 669 FPS, which is a massive increase.
So, paired with the RTX 5080, you should experience even better FPS, and there is no chance of a bottleneck playing at low resolutions, but with this gaming PC, you’ll likely be playing at 4K or 1440p with very high FPS.

RTX 5080

While we’re not sure which RTX 5080 will come in this gaming PC, we’ve reviewed the Founder Edition model as well as the ROG Astral RTX 5080 OC. We’ll be using the findings of the FE model for reference. We paired it with the 9800X3D and ran plenty of games, but we’ll take the example of Cyberpunk 2077 and CS2 first.
Cyberpunk 2077 ran at 213 FPS at 1080p, 151 FPS at 1440p, and 72 FPS at 4K. In CS2, we got 468, 346, and 188 FPS in the same three resolutions. Besides that, in other titles like F1 24, this card had no issues pushing 84 FPS at 4K, and overall, this is a solid GPU for 4K gaming, and that is without factoring in DLSS 4 and MFG.
To push this GPU to its limit, we turned on ray tracing (overdrive mode) at 4K and saw the FPS dip to 19. However, with leveraging DLSS 4 and turning MFG to 4X, the game ran at 183 FPS, which is just incredible.
Other hardware
This gaming PC comes with a B650 motherboard, 850W gold-rated power supply unit, 32GB of DDR5 RAM, and 2TB of storage. So, even if both the CPU and GPU are running at their full potential, 850W should be enough to cater to the power requirement, and 32GB is more than enough for work and gaming. There shouldn’t be storage issues either, but you always have the option to swap it out or add another NVMe SSD.

Should you get this gaming PC?
We think this is an excellent gaming PC that should make 4K gaming a breeze. It features excellent hardware, and with the discounted price, this is a steal. We’ve seen RTX 5080s listed close to or over $2000, so if you’re getting that and more, like the best gaming processor for a little over $2,549.99, we think that is something to seriously consider.
