The Ryzen 5 9600X released back in mid-2024 and followed up the the popular Ryzen 5 7600X. We reviewed the 5 9600X and were impressed with its cost to performance offering, alongside its overall efficiency.

This processor is a good mid-range option for those looking to save some cash on a new PC build, but also get something that’s compatible with with some of the latest motherboards and everything they bring to the table, like PCIe 5.0 and DDR5 RAM for instance.
