Table of Contents
Cyber Monday laptop deals have taken over after Black Friday, and this is the perfect opportunity to score new hardware without spending a lot of money. If you were looking for a gaming laptop on a budget, we’d recommend checking out the MSI Cyborg A15 AI. Before the price reduction, this would’ve cost you $1,299, which is decent, but the 18% discount dropped it to $1,069.99, which is very tempting.
This gaming laptop is powered by the Ryzen 7 260 and RTX 5060, meaning for the budget, it has decent hardware and overall has good specifications for everyday and some demanding tasks. The display is also perfect for the RTX 5060, and when it comes to budget gaming laptops, we think this is a solid option.

Why you should consider this gaming laptop deal
This gaming laptop is perfect for students and generally anyone who is operating on a limited budget. It doesn’t have very powerful hardware, but that also keeps its cost low. The Ryzen 7 260 is an 8-core, 16-thread laptop processor based on the Zen 4 architecture, with a maximum TDP of 54W. It also comes with an NPU that has a 16 TOPS at max and the Radeon 780M GPU, making it a decent all-rounder.
So, you should be able to take care of demanding tasks and experience smooth multitasking while tackling AI workflows without breaking a sweat. Complementing this processor is the RTX 5060, which is a budget GPU, perfect for 1080p and 1440p gaming. However, since this laptop has an FHD display with a 144Hz refresh rate, sticking to 1080p would be better.
This should allow the RTX 5060 to handle almost any title, whether it is Cyberpunk 2077 or Starfield, with good framerates for a smooth gaming output. The weight of this laptop, 4.3lbs, makes it a great option to take with you during travel, to classes, or the office, as it won’t slow you down. It boasts a 55.2Wh battery, which is good considering the hardware it has under the hood, as it should be able to deliver a good couple of hours of usage.

Should you get this gaming laptop?
If you don’t want to spend a lot of money but also want a decent gaming laptop, then this deal is perfect. It has just enough firepower to get through the day without any issues and can also handle some heavy workflows, but don’t expect it to take care of server-level tasks with extreme efficiency. There will be some drawbacks given its budget label. It comes with 16GB DDR5 RAM and a 1TB SSD, which is decent, but we’d recommend upgrading it whenever you have the finances.
