What we liked about this deal
This SSD is an extreme offering as it isn’t meant for casual use because Gen 5 SSDs shine through in demanding workflows, for example, if you’re running a server, a workstation, or dealing with AI or machine learning algorithms. The 14,800 MB/s read speed should ensure that applications open quicker, the boot time is super fast, even in games, you should see a significant improvement as they load up quicker, and the next match starts sooner.

This is because the processing speed is very quick with this SSD, so if you’re upgrading, you should see a vast difference, but the price tag might be a deal breaker for a lot of people, as it is very expensive. To put this into perspective, there are some RTX 5080 variants that cost less than this, so it certainly is not a budget-friendly option, and it is also not recommended for gaming alone.
That being said, if you have a premium gaming PC or are putting one together and want to ensure you don’t run into storage issues anytime soon, this is a great option if you have the finances. You can install multiple games, applications, store videos, and other media files without worrying that you’re going to run out of space and that you’re gonna have to sort through the clutter.
