What we like about this Gigabyte Aorus gaming PC
Top-tier graphics card
You’ve got the best graphics card for gaming in this build, the RTX 5090, which is outstanding when it comes to both 4K and 8K. It boasts a massive 21,760 cores, huge 32GB of GDDR7 VRAM, a 2017MHz base clock, with a 2407MHz boost, and large 512-bit bus. It also has one HDMI 2.1b and three DisplayPort 2.1b outputs, making it ideal for multi-monitor setups. This card is built on Nvidia’s Blackwell architecture, which has improved greatly from the previous generation. One area of improvement is when it comes to AI performance, with the 5090 being the top choice for those who are working with large language models and other AI-related tasks. Overall, it’s a brilliant card that’s going to make short work of modern and demanding AAA games, as well as be a powerhouse for productivity and heavy-duty creative tasks, like rendering and video editing.
One of the best CPUs for gaming
This build features the Ryzen 7 9800X3D, which is essentially the top gaming CPU available right now. It features 8 cores, 16 threads, a boost clock speed of 5.2GHz, and a massive L3 cache of 96MB. X3D processors are renowned for their gaming performance, especially when it comes to reducing frame latency, making it ideal for high-powered builds like this. It’s also not bad when it comes to multitasking, but you may want to consider some of the Intel Core Ultra options if that’s a priority to you, since they have much higher core and thread counts. That being said, if you’re using this for gaming and have some CPU-intensive tasks that need the extra power, then the Ryzen 7 9800X3D is a real winner.

Huge amount of RAM
This build goes all-in when it comes to RAM and gives you a massive 64GB of DDR5. That’s going to be overkill for most, but it does give you a lot of headroom should you run into any particularly demanding games, find yourself working with incredibly complex data sets, or have loads of windows and demanding applications open at the same time.
Gen5 SSD
We hardly ever see this in a prebuilt PC, as it’s a very welcome sight indeed. This SSD is the Aorus Gen5 14000 2TB, which boasts seriously fast read and write times that will dramatically reduce boot and loading times. When it comes to gaming, you’ll notice this especially when you’re entering cutscenes mid-game. It’s also large enough for a pretty substantial gaming llibrary, plus will give you enough room for your other files, too.
Loaded with high-end Gigabyte components
Where to start! Since this is a Gigabyte prebuild, it opts for its own products, so you’re getting some of the best when it comes to performance, build quality, and design. You’ve got an Aorus X870E motherboard, which is the top type of mobo for AM5 builds and ideal for future-proofing and pairing with the very best components. There’s advanced Aorus 360 liuqid cooling, a powerful 100W Aorus ATX 3.1 PSU, and of course the case itself is form Gigabyte and designed for both looks and optimal airflow.
How will this PC perform?
There are some good benchmarks on the Newegg product listing that can give you an idea of how this PC will handle some of the most popular games. We’ll focus on the 4K performance, as this is likely what you’re buying this for. Black Myth: Wukong is playable at 4K 75fps, Cyberpunk 2077 at 100fps, and Forza Horizon 5 at 120fps. In our review of an MSI RTX 5090 graphics card, we tested its ray tracing performance, which is not included in the Newegg benchmarks. We saw Cyberpunk 2077 hit 60fps at 4K, which is seriously impressive given how demanding this game is. It was also able to get a massive 149fps at 4K with Doom Eternal with ray tracing enabled. With DLSS and MFG, you can push these frame rates higher, also.
Who’s this deal for?
Coming in at $3,999.99, this is one of the priciest RTX 5090 gaming PCs on the market, and that’s largely down to the fact it’s from Gigabyte and stuffed with its own high-end components. We think it’s very much worth it if you want something from a very reputable brand, and want the quality of the components to extend beyond just the GPU and CPU, but also to the motherboard, the RAM, the SSD, cooling, and even the PSU. For just under $4,000, it’s actually pretty good value.
