Top all-in-one printers aren’t cheap, which is why we’re happy to have noted a cut-price option in the form of the Epson EcoTank-15000. A color all-in-one that is very cost-effective to run, this model is a great option for small businesses, as it has all the features you’re likely to want. It’s also $149 below its regular price: down to $551 from $700.

How good is this printer? We’ve been hands-on with the Epson EcoTank-15000, reviewing it and awarding it a Highly Commended badge. We know that even at its regular price, this is a printer worth investing in. Why? Well, because it can make up for a higher initial outlay in running costs. Luckily, though, this deal mitigates some of the immediate price.
What we like about the EcoTank-15000 color all-in-one
Low print cost with high yields
As we found out in our review, the EcoTank-15000 really makes up for its price with a lower print cost. In our review, we noted that the yields for black and color prints should be 7,500 and 6,000, respectively. For refill prices at the time, that was around $0.003 and $0.009 per page for black and color prints (bought separately). That’s pretty impressive.
Ample connectivity
You won’t lack connection options with this printer, as there is USB, Ethernet, WiFi, and even a fax and phone line connection if needed. You can also scan to a PC or to the cloud using ScanSmart, so there are plenty of ways to complete your tasks, be that printing, scanning, or faxing.
Large paper size support
The EcoTank-15000 supports a large array of paper types and sizes, so you won’t be as limited as you may be with other options available. Considerations before you buy
The main consideration with the EcoTank-15000 is the price. Its MSRP is high, and although it is offset by yield, it’s still worth pointing out that you may find more affordable printers at the point of purchase. However, the deal price takes care of some of that, knocking the Epson down to a more agreeable Sub-$600 price. It’s not the lowest it’s ever been, but this is our top-rated Ink Tank printer, and we think it’s a fine option for small business needs. Do make sure it offers all you require, though.
