What we like about this Corsair Vengeance a7500 gaming PC

RTX 5070 graphics card

The RTX 5070 is great for gaming at ultra settings in 1440p resolution, and with a little help from DLSS 4 and MFG, where supported, it can stretch to 4K. It features 12GB of GDDR7 VRAM, which is decent for high-resolution textures and ray tracing, and it’s also good for creative workflows, particularly thanks to its AI capabilities.

Ryzen 7 7800X3D processor

The Ryzen 7 7800X3D is an older, yet still impressive, X3D processor designed with gaming in mind. It has 8 cores, 16 threads, a 5GHz boost clock speed, and a large 96MB L3 cache. Its V-cache in particular is a standout feature, as it allows for much more data to be stored and accessed quickly, making it excellent for gaming. It’s also not bad at lighter multitasking, but there will be some higher core and thread count options that will be better suited, but more expensive.

32GB of DDR5 RAM and 1TB high-speed SSD

Corsair makes some of the best RAM in the game, and its Corsair Vengeance lineup not only performs well, but looks incredible with its aRGB lighting. You’ve got 32GB of it here, which is more than enough to allow you to use multiple applications at once, with loads of tabs open without things slowing down. It’s also enough for even the beefiest system requirements or heaviest modded games. The SSD is ‘high-speed’ and comes in at 1TB, which basically means it’s going to increase load and booting times for games, allowing for smoother in-game cutscenes, in addition to having enough space for a fairly decent-sized gaming library, too.

H100x RGB ELITE Liquid CPU Cooler and six RS120 ARGB Fans

This cooling system is Corsair’s own, and it’s an excellent 240mm AIO CPU cooling that’s great for mid-level setups like this one. It features six of its RS120 fans, which deliver excellent airflow and quiet operation, largely down to their Magnetic Dome Bearing technology, and are also adorned with some customizable aRGB lighting, too.

PSU and other features

This PC features a CORSAIR 850W 80+ Gold power supply, which is an excellent, reliable choice for this PC and has Zero RPM fan mode for quiet operation. It’s also built on an X870 motherboard, with WIFI 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and housed in Corsair’s stunning Mid-Tower case, which is designed as much for aesthetics as it is for airflow.

Who should get this deal?

This PC is going to be great for anyone looking for something primarily for outstanding 1440p gaming at ultra settings, and someone who wants a PC that’s packed with very high-end components. Corsair PCs are great for those who put a lot of emphasis on build quality and don’t mind paying a premium for it.

How will this PC perform?

Based on some of our benchmarks when reviewing a similar RTX 5070 graphics card, we’d say this PC could easily get triple digits at 1440p at ultra settings in most games, and at least 40fps with ray tracing enabled. In our Cyberpunk 2077 benchmarks, for example, it hit 108fps at 1440p, and 45fps with ray tracing at ultra settings, pure rasterization. We’d also expect this PC to perform well under heavy loads thanks to its impressive cooling and PSU.
