ABS Flux Ruby Gaming PC – AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
What we like about this ABS Flux Ruby Gaming PC
One of the best price-to-performance GPUs on the market
The RX 9070 XT is one of the best graphics cards you can get if you’re looking to get the most bang for your buck for both 1440p and 4K. In fact, for many, despite being older, it’s a common alternative to some of Nvidia’s 50-series cards, like the RTX 5070 12GB, as it boasts more VRAM. You’ve got 4096 Cores, a 256-bit bus, and 2970MHz boost clock speed here, alongside 16GB of GDDR6 memory. This card is built on RDNA 4 architecture, which also means that you can use features like FSR 4, which help to ensure that gameplay at higher fps is super smooth. In terms of performance, this card excels at 1440p, even at ultra settings with ray tracing, and it does well at 4K, hitting around RTX 4080 levels, too. Considering the MSRP for this card is $599, which is just a touch more than the RTX 5070, we think it’s a pretty incredible offering.
The former King of gaming CPUs
The Ryzen 7 7800X3D is one of the best gaming CPUs to release in recent years, and remains a top-pick to pair with even the most powerful graphics cards. It has 8 cores, 16 threads, a boost clock speed of 5Ghz, and a large 96MB L3 cache. We’ve said it a thousand times, but it’s the L3 cache that’s special here. It’s stacked in a way that allows it to store more data, but also allows much faster access from the CPU, too. This dramatically reduces frame latency and boosts overall gaming performance.

Loads of RAM and a large SSD
You’ve got 32GB of DDR5 RAM and a large 2TB SSD in this build. This is going to be great for gaming, multitasking, improving workflows, and in-game loading times, and it’s also going to give you enough room for a substantial gaming collection.
How will this gaming PC perform?
We’d recommend checking out our full RX 9070 XT review for more details, but in short, you can expect very good performance at 1440p and impressive 4K performance for the price. For instance, Cyberpunk 2077 got 129fps/ 1440p and 51fps with ray tracing at ultra settings. With 4K, it got a respectable 61fps and 25fps with ray tracing, which is not bad at all. Other, less demanding games easily see way over 100fps at 1440p, and generally hit double digits at 4K. That’s all without FSR upscaling, too, which we’d recommend using if you’re planning on gaming in 4K.
Who’s this deal for?
For the price, this is a seriously good gaming PC that’s going to be ideal for anyone who’s not quite as thrilled about some of the mid-tier Nvidia 50-series offerings. It’s also one of the most stylish gaming PCs we’ve come across, too, opting for a smaller form factor, which we think makes it look super sleek. Another win for what we think is a great value, high-performance prebuild.
