Table of Contents
One of the best graphics cards that you can get on a budget right now is the RTX 5060 Ti. It offers cores based on the new Blackwell architecture, 16GB of GDDR7 VRAM, and all the upgraded upscaling and performance-enhancing technologies. So, if you were eyeing this GPU for a while, take a look at the PNY RTX 5060 Ti as it is sitting at its lowest price ever of $499.99.
This is after a decent 9% price cut, and we think it is worth grabbing right now because the major sale days are over, and there is no certainty whether the price will drop further. Also, it is a great card for 1080p and 1440p gaming, but with the help of DLSS 4 and MFG, you can even touch 4K in some titles.

What made the PNY RTX 5060 Ti stand out from the crowd
The RTX 5060 Ti is an excellent graphics card that is much better than its predecessor, and the new technologies and architecture enable it to handle demanding workflows much more efficiently. The 16GB VRAM is a great addition, as it enables better performance for tasks that require more memory, such as video editing.
This variant of the RTX 5060 Ti features three 90mm fans, quiet and efficient cooling, a high-density heatsink, a high-conductivity copper base, and a metal backplate with large vents. These design elements should do a great job of keeping it cool during extended gaming and working sessions.
That being said, we haven’t tested this exact variant, but we have put the ASUS Prime RTX 5060 Ti OC through its paces. So, we’ll give the breakdown of how this GPU performed to give you an idea of what to expect. The figures might be higher because the ASUS variant is overclocked, but you can overclock any GPU easily.

Expected gaming and synthetic performance
As you can see, 1080p and 1440p are where the RTX 5060 Ti truly shines, and while the 4K output is okay, it isn’t good for a stable gaming experience. You’ll definitely need to leverage multi-frame generation and DLSS 4 to tackle 4K gaming. When it comes to productivity, it performed exactly how an entry-level GPU should, but it should be much better than the last generation offerings in various workflows.
