Popular RTX 5070 Ti deal brings price crashing to new low on Amazon
Table of Contents
Although the RTX 5070 Ti had an MSRP of $750 at launch, the reality of pricing has been somewhat different. This is particularly true for cards that are more tuned into tight designs and overclocking needs. Step forward, the ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 5070 Ti 16GB, a card with an MSRP of $1,000, which is some $250 above the base MSRP.
That’s a price that has held steadfast, too. Amazon has barely nudged the cost until the current deal, so now we have some interesting movement. Amazon has the TUF Gaming RTX 5070 Ti priced at $850, a $150 drop, and 15% saving. That’s a sizable fall for this card, and means that if military-grade components and TUF styling are your thing, now could be the time.

Why we like the Asus TUF RTX 5070 Ti OC
Military-grade components
Asus TUF products have long touted the military-grade components used inside. Why? Better longevity and durability, which is ideal if you have ambitions to push your 5070 Ti’s performance. This is an OC (factory-preset overclock) card, so having extra assurance of the quality of components is a positive when ramping up to a 2610 MHz clock over many sessions.
Ideal for 1440p and 4K
Okay, this isn’t unique to the TUF card here, but it’s worth remembering what the RTX 5070 Ti can deliver. Ultra settings at 1440p, and smooth 4K gaming across triple-A titles are key. The 5070 Ti is also a fine content creator and streaming GPU, if needed for either. Yes, the 5070 Ti misses out on our best graphics card list, but that doesn’t mean this card can’t deliver.
Quiet and cool
TUF graphics cards have a reputation for delivering low noise levels and temperatures. Users report those exact things for the RTX 5070 Ti OC, with the fans delivering extremely quiet cooling. Of course, for quieter fan operation, GPU temperatures will be higher. But the TUF 5070 TI OC offers a Quiet BIOS option if that’s your preference, and can still keep temps in a good range.

What to consider before buying
Asus’ TUF RTX 5070 Ti OC is a card that looks the part and can perform brilliantly. It’s factory overclocked, built with performance in mind, but also delivers quiet and cool operation. The question you need to ask is: “Do I want to spend the extra?” You can get an Nvidia RTX 5070 Ti card nearer to the MSRP, but users love this card for a multitude of reasons. Whatever you decide, the current price is the lowest we’ve seen it on Amazon, and thankfully, well below the $1,000 price it’s held for so long.
