Why this gaming PC caught our eye
To begin with, this combination of this processor and graphics card is one with great value for money, as it should ensure that you can play any of the modern AAA titles and also take care of resource-intensive workflows without breaking a sweat. The i7-14700F sports 20 cores and 28 threads, but despite that, it only has a base TDP of 65W and a 5.4GHz boost clock speed.
What this means is that the hardware it has under the hood should deliver enough firepower to tackle various intensive tasks like video editing and data compression, without compromising on performance. While it can’t be overclocked, its base performance should be enough to adequately complement the RTX 5070.
We’ve reviewed the ASUS TUF RTX 5070 OC and the MSI Gaming Trio RTX 5070 OC. These card has a boost clock speed of 2.5 and 2.6GHz, respectively, while a base RTX 5070 would top out at 2.51 GHz, which is the same as the ASUS variant. So, we’ll showcase some of the findings to help you understand what this GPU is capable of.

In Cyberpunk 2077, we got 169 and 167 FPS at 1080p, 108 and 107 FPS at 1440p, and 48 FPS at 4K, respectively. So, there is a huge difference, and this neck-and-neck competition was seen in every title. That being said, when we turned ray tracing to overdrive, the FPS tanked to 1 and 9, respectively, but by leveraging DLSS 4 and MFG, it managed to bounce back to 120 and 121 FPS, which is incredible.
Besides the CPU and GPU, this prebuilt PC features 32GB of DDR5 RAM, which seems to be standard for most prebuilt options, a 1TB SSD, and a keyboard and mouse. So, the RAM should ensure good efficiency, but the SSD could’ve been better in our opinion, as 1TB can fill up pretty quickly depending on your work or the type of games you play.
Is this a good deal?
Considering the price it is coming at and the performance you should get out of it, we think this is a great deal, especially if you were looking for a solid gaming PC that won’t burn a hole in your pocket. The RTX 5070 can hold its own when it comes to gaming, as we saw in our reviews, and paired with the 14700F, tackling tasks such as 3D rendering and video editing should be a breeze.
