Rare Amazon deal drops ASUS ProArt 4K monitor to its best price this year
Table of Contents
One of the best monitors for creatives has finally dropped in price on Amazon, and it’s well worth jumping on if you’re looking for something professional-level without the huge price tag. Right now, this ASUS ProArt Display 27-inch 4K monitor is down over $80 from $499.00 to $417.99, which is its best price of the year according to price tracking history.
These monitors rarely see significant discounts from our experience, so even a 16% reduction is worth jumping on as soon as possible in our eyes. Even more so considering this monitor boasts incredible color accuracy, USB-C charging, a Display HDR400 certification, and a super sleek design that’ll elevate any setup.

What we like about the ASUS ProArt Display
If you’re a creative, you’ll know how good this monitor is already, but for those who may not be familiar, here’s a quick summary of some of its key features. In short, this monitor is ideal for mid to high-level setups where you need 4K resolution, but don’t want to spend a fortune. This is the type of monitor, as a creative myself, I would go for, as it has everything you’d need in terms of color accuracy, resolution, and connectivity, plus, it looks super-sleek, too.
- Calman verified: One of the gold standards of color accuracy, which ensures that colors are true-to-life. That’s great for everything, but especially good if you’re doing color-grading for film.
- 99% DCI-P3 color: Just a percent off the gold standard, but more than enough to make this suitable for professional-level creative work.
- USB-C with 96W PD: This means you can easily connect your laptop and charge devices from this monitor without the need for extra cables.
- Link with multiple monitors: You can daisy chain this monitor via the DP port, which is great if you need more desktop space to work.

Who’s this deal for?
Out of the ProArt line, this would be my pick for most people, as it’s higher resolution than most 27-inch displays, and comes in at a great price point when on sale. You can go cheaper and go for a QHD option instead, which would be fine for video-editing, but if you’re working with higher-resolution content, such as editing photos or intricate graphic design, I think a 4K display will be better for you.
On top of that, it’s also better for watching content on, as it’s much sharper, though don’t expect this monitor to be great for gaming. Stick to one of the best QD-OLED gaming monitors instead, if you want something with excellent color, but also brilliant gaming performance. Bring the big bucks, though, as 4K options are usually between $800 and $1200 from our experience.
