  • CPU: For the processor, the Skytech Gaming PC offers the Intel Core i7-12700F. This might not be the most powerful CPU out there, but it still offers enough power to handle CPU-intensive tasks with ease. It has 12 cores in total, which are divided into 8 Performance cores and 4 Efficient cores.
  • GPU: For the GPU, you’ll get the RTX 4070 Ti, a mid-range option in the RTX 40-series lineup, solid for 1440p and entry-level 4K gaming. It has 12 GB of GDDR6 VRAM, which should be more than enough for most games. On top of that, it has a base clock speed of 2,310 MHz and a boost clock speed of 2,730 MHz.
  • RAM and storage: The Skytech Gaming PC comes packed with 16 GB of DDR4 RAM. Yes, it’s not the latest DDR5, but you’ll be fine with 16 GB in most games. For storage, there’s a 1TB SSD, which should deliver fast boot and game load times.
  • Cooling: To make sure the 12700F stays cool even during extended gaming sessions, Skytech has installed a 360mm AIO Liquid Cooler inside the PC. This will not only prevent it from overheating but will also improve its overall lifespan.

Is the PC worth getting?

For anyone who is looking for a prebuilt gaming PC that can deliver strong performance at 1440p in almost every game, this Skytech Gaming PC is definitely worth considering. We reviewed the RTX 4070 Ti and tested it in multiple games to get an idea about its real-world performance. In Cyberpunk 2077, which is a demanding game, we were able to get around 96 FPS at 1440p with everything set to Ultra. At 4K, the FPS dropped to 49. In a less demanding game, Far Cry 6, we got over 130 FPS at 1440p and around 82 FPS at 4K.

The best part is that if you look at the price history of this gaming PC on Camelcamelcamel, you can see that it’s close to its lowest-ever price, which was $1,564. The current price is still impressive, as you’re saving over $380.
