Also, the GPU-intensive workflows will be handled by the RTX 5070, on top of handling the gaming output. What this means is that you’ll get 8GB of dedicated GDDR7 VRAM, which is plenty for some heavy-duty parallel processing. You can easily render 3D models, load heavy 4K textures, and more.
The display doesn’t hold anything back
You’ll get a 16″ display with this gaming laptop, which boasts a 2.5K resolution with a 240Hz refresh rate, 100% sRGB coverage, an anti-glare function, and more. This gives you a very high overhead for competitive gaming, and the RTX 5070 will be able to drive a super smooth gaming experience. On top of that, the additional pixel give it 16:10 aspect ratio that provides more screen real estate.
With 100% sRGB, this display will also enable you to accurately design and edit content for the web, as that is the standard for pretty much everything you see online. So, photo and video editing, color grading, and other creative processes will be made easier, but we’d still recommend calibrating it before starting any of these tasks.
Serious upgrade potential
The processor and graphics card of this gaming laptop are top-notch, but the upgradability also deserves special attention. You can upgrade the RAM and SSD to up to 64GB DDR5 RAM and 4TB, respectively. This is incredible as this gives it longevity and will keep it relevant for years to come. It will also equip it with the necessary power to handle future software and demanding tasks. Where it’ll truly shine is when you need to tackle heavy productivity.
No compromises on the cooling system
The Omen Tempest Cooling Pro is made up of a vapor chamber, heat pipes, Omen Cryo compound, and self-cleaning fans designed by Intel. These components help dissipate the generated heat in a quick and efficient manner, ensuring that the major hardware doesn’t get affected. The self-cleaning fans also push plenty of air through the chassis and need little to no maintenance due to how they are designed.
