Why we liked the iBUYPOWER Y70 Snow White gaming PC
The combination of the graphics card and processor should enable this gaming PC to handle a variety of tasks like 3D rendering, video editing, data mining, 4K gaming, and more. We’ve also reviewed the Ryzen 9 9900X, and it showcased excellent synthetic and gaming performance, especially compared to its predecessor, the Ryzen 9 7900X.
This processor delivered 31,502 points in the Cinebench R23 multi-core test and churned out 330 and 245 FPS in Cyberpunk 2077 and Days Gone at 1080p low, respectively. On the other hand, there are various RTX 5070 Ti reviews available, and it is capable of delivering 60 FPS in Cyberpunk 2077 at 4K and 148 FPS in F1 24.
So, these components complement each other well, and what makes it better is the aesthetics of this prebuilt PC and the whopping 64GB DDR5 RAM. This level of system memory is more than enough for next-level efficiency regardless of the task at hand. However, the weak point on this PC is the 1TB SSD, which sticks out, and we’d recommend swapping it with a high-capacity Gen5 SSD.
Is this a good deal?
This is an excellent gaming PC deal, and for the price, this is a steal. The hardware this gaming PC brings to the table makes it ideal for 4K gaming, data compression, 3D modeling, and various other demanding workflows. The only aspect that isn’t great is the 1TB SSD, which should be fine in the beginning, but for a gaming PC of this level, we think the minimum should be 2TB.
Thankfully, some early Black Friday SSD deals are already live, so you can check them out and grab one for less. This should ensure that you don’t run out of space, completing this solid gaming PC build.
