The Dell S3221QS is a VA panel that is suited for gaming. It gives you the fast response times of a TN panel and the viewing angles and color production of an IPS panel. It isn’t exotic by any means but consider the price for a second and realize that you are getting a 32” 4K display that is a very decent choice for productivity, movies, and gaming on next-gen consoles at 4K/60Hz.
