The AOC 25G51Z is an eSports-ready gaming monitor that offers high-end specifications but with a very pocket-friendly price tag. The original asking price was $119.99, but with 17% shaved off, it’ll only cost you $99.99. It has a 1920 x 1080p resolution with a 240Hz refresh rate, but you can push it to 260Hz by overclocking it. Besides that, the 0.5ms response time should ensure there is no ghosting or input lag.
The IPS panel also gives great viewing angles as well as good color accuracy, making gaming scenes and content more pleasant. What we really liked about this was the 3-Year Zero Bright Dot warranty that covers you for three years, and you can get a replacement or get it repaired for free, and this is truly exceptional.

What we liked about the AOC 25G51Z
260Hz refresh rate
While this gaming monitor has a 240Hz native refresh rate, it can be pushed to 260Hz. What this means is the image can refresh up to 260 times per second. This drives a significantly smoother picture with fluid motion, giving you a very responsive feel. All of these aspects are crucial for FPS games, as you need smooth tracking and adjustment to connect your shots or position yourself better.

0.5ms response time
The 0.5ms response time means that the pixels can change colors extremely quickly, and this helps to reduce motion blur and ghosting. So, combined with the super-fast refresh rate, which makes the movement smooth, the lack of motion blur gives you a competitive advantage. This, once again, helps with tracking objects, as with a slower response time there might be a trail left behind, but with 0.5ms, the objects remain clear, allowing for pinpoint accuracy.
Good for budget builds
The 1080p resolution of this gaming monitor makes it a perfect fit for budget gaming setups. FHD is easy to render, and budget graphics cards can churn out high frame rates, allowing you to experience the full potential of this gaming monitor. Also, the price tag also offers a cost-effective solution for budget gamers.
